These terms summarize how public TicketScan event discovery, registration, ticketing and organizer tools are intended to be used.

Event registration

Attendees are responsible for entering accurate registration details and reviewing the event information, ticket type, timing and venue before submitting an order.

Tickets and QR codes

Tickets may include QR codes used for check-in. Do not share ticket QR codes publicly, because the first valid scan may be treated as entry.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for event details, ticket availability, attendee communication, check-in operations and any transfer or cancellation policies enabled for their events.

Payments and refunds

Online payment availability depends on event/payment configuration. Refunds, cancellation requests and transfers are handled according to the event settings and organizer policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse TicketScan, interfere with check-in, attempt unauthorized dashboard access or upload misleading event information.
